Access to the Register is available only to persons authorised under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. Persons authorised to access the register include authorised council staff and approved authorised identifiers. All approved authorised persons are provided with a username and password to access the Register. If you are an authorised person and have a query about your username or password, or are having difficulties accessing the Register, please contact the Register at pets@olg.nsw.gov.au or on 1300 134 460. |
